Before booking your appointment please note
We require a credit card on file in order to reserve appointments including consultations.
*By proceeding with the booking and placing your card on file, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation polices as stated below, including the 48-hour notice requirement and associated charges for cancellations within this window.*
We kindly request a notice of at least 48 hours if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make adjustments to any existing appointments.
In the event of cancellations within this 48-hour window, a charge equivalent of 50% of the booked service time will be applied.
No-call, no shows will be subject to a 100% charge for the time lost.

For all new clients, initial consultations must be conducted either in person or through email/text.
Clients seeking extensions are required to schedule an in person consultation.
*During the extension consultation, we will go over every extension method offered, decide which fits your needs and lifestyle best, answer any concerns you may have about hair extensions, and what the initial investment and maintenance investment will be; If you would like to move forward, a non refundable deposit will be taken to set up your install appointment during the consultation or after at the time an invoice is sent.*
Quotes are good for three weeks after the extension consultation.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that if you are excessively late(15min+), it may impact the duration of your scheduled service or may result in rescheduling.
In the event of rescheduling due to excessive tardiness(15min+), a 50% rebooking fee will be applied.
If you wish to schedule an appointment outside of our regular work days/hours, a service up-charge will be applied to accommodate your request.
While we do not offer refunds on services already rendered, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have concerns, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment, and we’ll work towards making adjustments aligned with your initial service request.
